Meet Jonathan C. Sudol, DMD

Dr. Jonathan Sudol was born outside of Worcester and was raised in New Hampshire. He received a Bachelor’s of Science from The Pennsylvania State University and his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from Temple University School of Dentistry. His oral and maxillofacial surgery training was at the Seton Hall School of Graduate Medical Education, covering Jersey City Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Patterson NJ, graduating in 2002. He has practiced in New Hampshire and Massachusetts since graduating. For the past 15 years, Dr. Sudol has been serving the people of the Pioneer Valley, culminating with the opening of Hampden County Oral Surgery in 2023.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Sudol is involved with community dental services at the Holyoke Health Center. There he is involved in the education of Pediatric Residents and Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residents as a Consulting Faculty for the NYU Langone Dental Medicine Postdoctoral Residency Programs. He has been active in organized dentistry with the Valley District Dental Society since arriving in the area in 2008. He is currently on staff at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield and at Cooley Dickenson Hospital in Northampton as well as Noble Bay State in Westfield.

Dr. Sudol is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and the National Board of Dental Anesthesiology. He is a member of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society and the Valley District Dental Society.

When not working, Dr. Sudol enjoys gardening, woodworking and cooking at his home in Westfield with his wife.
