Patient Review
My daughter had an appointment for a consultation for an impacted wisdom tooth. Her dentist had JUST taken X-rays before she referred us to this office. This office told us to come in early for the appointment because the paperwork was pretty lengthy. We did. The forms were redundant, asked for social security numbers and were misread or were entered improperly, because the woman, who came in, asked about my daughter's anxiety and depression, WHICH SHE DOES NOT HAVE. That's kind of a BIG mistake. We waited for over an hour from the time we arrived to get into the office. There was NO apology for the wait or explanation. Our time was not important, I guess. We were asked, immediately, to take an X-ray. I mentioned that we are very health conscious and do not want to repeat an X-ray that was done recently (a few days prior). The employee looked at us like we were from outer space because we did not want UNNECESSARY X-rays/undue radiation. She walked out, looking annoyed. We waited for about ten more minutes. The doctor came in, sat above us on the counter with his mask on, and said that they called our dentist, twice, and they did not have the x-rays. He asked what we wanted to do. I explained that I was not part of the call and was lacking information about what they were told, so it would be difficult for me to determine what to do. I also explained our holistic lifestyle and our unwillingness to duplicate x-rays that were JUST done. We also explained our concern about unnecessary radiation. The doctor looked at us like we were INSANE and seemed impatient AFTER WE WAITED OVER AN HOUR for him. He started to quiz us. He said, "Do you have a microwave?" We said, "No." Do you go through the airport checkpoints?" We said, "No." He wanted to catch us accepting other forms of radiation, that were worse, in his mind. He failed. He was STILL pushing an unnecessary procedure, that can alter DNA and contribute to cancer, on my 20 year old daughter, for his convenience. At that point, I said, "We are leaving." The woman (I didn't know her name or job.), escorted us out and said, "Oh, she (the receptionist) is on the phone with your dentist, now." I said, "That's okay, we don't like it here" and we left. I immediately called my dentist, who we have an amazing relationship with, to tell her what we had experienced. I suggested that they not recommend this office again. The secretary then stated that SHE SENT THE X-RAYS TO HIS OFFICE, THAT MORNING!!! They had the x-rays all along!!! This was ABSOLUTELY no way to act or treat people. X-rays are serious and not without possible health implications. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!! The atmosphere was unkind, pushy, not warm, not respectful and CLEARLY not organized. Save yourself the impersonal and condescending service and go somewhere else.

I’m 50 and I know that’s late in life to have your wisdom teeth out. I’m so glad I came here. The staff and the doctor are amazing! Highly recommended. I drove half an hour just to come here. 🙂

I can’t recommend this office enough. I had to have all four wisdom teeth removed recently and I was really nervous about it. Dr Sudol and the staff were so wonderful from consultation through post-op check, explaining everything thoroughly and answering any questions. An all around amazing place and quick and painless service. If I ever need dental work in the future I’d only go here.

Dr.Sudol is extremely compassionate and knows what he’s doing he and the rest of the team make me feel comfortable and crack their lil dry jokes to me to make me at ease, he’s very informative and breaks it down so I can understand what’s going on, I’m not a easy case and I know this and Him and Dr.Abraham, I feel very blessed to have them in my corner to take care of me this hasn’t been a easy road by any means and it’s been an extremely emotional journey and they collectively honor that with grace and humor and that’s exactly what I need. I feel that I was ment to meet them at the right time in my life I know it’s cheesy but I am truly blessed to have these doctors in my corner.
