Patient Reviews for Hampden County Oral Surgery

I made arrangements over the phone to have a tooth extracted. My dental plan does not cover this business, but it is an emergemcy, so I am willing to pay cash. I needed an immediate appointment because I'm in severe pain. We made an agreement on the phone, but when I arrived, they tried to upsell me on other services not previously mentioned. Now, I have to spend the day in agony looking for a different dentist. I'm glad I could waste a chunk of my day filling out piles of paperwork just to have my time wasted.

I cant say enough great things about this place! I needed a emergency tooth extraction. I stop by and told my predicament and they totally went above and beyond to fit me in. Everyone there was extremely nice and professional. Thank you so much!

I went into my appointment feeling very anxious but after meeting Sudol and his team, it became a piece of cake! I felt supported the whole time and will be returning for future procedures! Thank you all so much!!

I was nervous and in pain. First off, all the office support was welcoming and put you at ease. Then Dr. Sudal either he's very skilled or he's magic cause my mind was blown that he was done. That bad rep dentists have he can singlehandedly turn it around. I'd definitely go here again if I need to and recommend anyone to go here

Today I had my wisdom teeth taken out. When I had my consult a few weeks back it was quick, informative, and a really great atmosphere. They constantly made sure to send out multiple reminders about my appointment for today which was great! (I tend to forget if I dont write it in my calendar lol). So today was the big day I was very nervous but I was calm until I sat in the chair. I started to get really nervous and started to cry since I have NEVER been through something like this before and the mere thought of getting put under was nerve racking but I did NOT wanna feel anything lol. One of the ladies , Jess, was so sweet and caring she walked me step by step on what was going on and reassured me that she was there for me. There was another lady who was super nice as well (I apologize I dont remember her name but she was there for my consult) When Dr. Jonathan Sudol DMD came in he cracked jokes to make the atmosphere even more comfortable and supportive which I greatly appreciate. When they put the IV in every support nurse in there saw how stressed I was and reassured me to take deep breaths and next thing you know I wake up and the procedure is done which felt like 5 minutes to me. I can't express how appreciative I am to EVERYONE (secretaries included) who helped me stay calm during a very stressful thing that I have never experienced before.
